If you hire to have her to represent you to do a separation agreement, please read it very closely. Or have them review it closely with you are clear what the terms are, it reflects your desires, and there are no careless errors. I made the mistake of not doing either. It was a very emotional and dif...ficult time and I trusted the agreement had the terms we had discussed prior to her office drafting it. The SA included terms that were not only undesirable, but definitely not in my best interests or the best interests of my children.. I am not giving her one star because I will say her office staff was responsive when I had to email/contact the office. But there was no excuse for the errors in the Agreement - esp when my ex spouse wasn’t asking for them or pushing for these terms that she included. And their office was only representing me. This was not a mediated agreement.
