This attorney was an opposing counsel on my case and the level of incompetency I saw in her while representing her client was appalling. She did not seem to ask her client for any material evidence to support their claims. Any claim they made I did with his client, I was able to counter right in fron...t of them and a judge in a courtroom. If you are charging clients &350/hour and doing such careless job as an attorney, I doubt your competency. The people writing good reviews for her must have had terrible attorneys because Tatjana cannot measure up with some of the attorneys I know in Raleigh. If your case is high profile, has a lot of discoveries and lying opponent, don't waste your time and money hiring this lady. Loom around and you will get attorneys who will actually go to court with you with facts and evidence. I felt bad for her when I asked her in court if she cared asking her client evidence of the things they were alleging against me and she had no answer. Very incompetent!
