Daniel N. Logan

Dan Logan is a major asset to McMinn Law Firm. He is professional, communicative, reasonable, straight-forward, and timely. I hired him to represent me for a DWI case and he handled it without me even having to go to court. He stayed in constant contact with me, explained the entire process/requireme...nts, and followed up after each court continuation. My case was dismissed and Dan made that happen. I had been charged with my first DUI in Greensboro, NC in April 2018. I had lost my job at the time, and had to move in with my father in California. While my case was proceeding through the North Carolina court system, I had been charged and convicted with another intervening DUI in California. By t...he time my North Carolina case went to trial, I had been unemployed for over a year and had finally obtained a new job that was scheduled to start shortly after my trial date. During the day of my trial, Dan had developed a plan and convinced the DA to have my trial heard before others that were planned that day. He communicated frequently throughout the day about how my case was proceeding, and was even humorous at times to help diffuse the tension I was experiencing. After a long day in court, my case finally went to trial in the late afternoon and Dan Logan persuaded the judge to DISMISS MY CASE! I was in complete disbelief when I heard the verdict. If you’re looking for a defense attorney, Dan Logan is head and shoulders above other defense attorneys in the area and is the person you want on your team. To bolster his ability as a defense attorney, I had watched a number of other defense attorneys attempt to defend approximately 250 others throughout the day of my trial. In my opinion, all of these other attorneys were sub par in comparison to Dan Logan’s intelligence and abilities. Hire him, you will not be disappointed.
