Wrongly charged

Words can not express how grateful & thankful I am to have had Mr. Logan as my attorney. By the grace of GOD & Mr. Logan's hard work I was not convicted a crime I was wrongfully charged with. I'm in a dysfunctional custody battle my ex, he started calling Kernersville Police department on me every ...weekly for fake welfare checks. That in part, of working a full time job caring for my three children without any assistance from the "Ex" it created such extreme anxiety for me I was in fear to correctly parent my children. Examples of the petty calls that were made why the cops came out: My 11 year at time (he's 12 now) called his "father" and said he was fearful, because I told him if he did not do his homework he would be spanked. Once I told the boys they need to be respectful & clean up their mess they created in the house, they called the cops & were laughing outside with smiles. These were all fake cop calls!!! I requested several times to the officers to stop coming to my house because it also creating stress that I'm afraid to parent my children. On the last fake call, my 11 year old refused to take his adhd meds, this in part had the cops out to my residence again. He claimed he was being over medicated, he wasn't he was just angry with me. EMT came out, they did "another" fake welfare check at my home again, the cops asked since my oldest was upset that if the kids can go stay with "dad" overnight I agreed. As my oldest was leaving my shoulder came in contact with my 11 yrs old, mind you he's almost as big as me. I shoulder nudged him, because I was tired of the cops coming to my home. Just that contact with my son had me falsely arrested. Kernersville police department ( "officer" Amaya) wrongfully arrested me for misdemeanor child abuse without any physical injuries!!!!!. And my alleged crime was also on tape, that's the sweetest part. I payed another law firm before hiring Mr. Logan. They wanted to give me probation!!!!!! for a crime I did not commit. I hired McMinn's law firm they told me they would do everything possible to keep me out of jail & they did. "Officer" Amaya lied on the stand, changing his story of the "incident" three times on the stand. He said I pushed my kid, it was a lie!!!! Mr. Logan promised me that he would do his absolute best to keep me out of jail & he DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Over being falsely arrested, I risked losing my state job, temporary losing custody of my children, missing time from work due to court dates & now have severe anxiety. Sometimes the "real" criminals work on the police force, they target middle class citizens. After this incident with North Carolina, my views have changed with the "justice" system. It's not a justice system, it is a judicial system that will drain your pockets. Hire them, they will go to bat for you!!!!!!!!!!!!
