Lawsuits are extremely long and tedious and stressful, but Stuart, along with everyone in his office, made sure to make me feel I was an important client. That means the world, especially when you're in a situation where someone is trying to make you, the victim, feel like a criminal. I was walked th...rough the entire process, I could call or email whenever I had a question, and I always felt as though I was truly cared for. Stuart was very down to earth, friendly, and made me feel like he was on my side, even after the case was over. Legal matters are intensely hard to understand if you are not familiar with the law, and it is very easy to get lost. I will say that Stuart and his team did an incredible job of describing the process for me, in layman's terms, and they didn't make me feel stupid, ever, for needing to ask questions. I even found myself calling him, in a panic sometimes, about other 'legal' issues related to my situation, but that didn't fall under the purview of Stuart's particular field. He never flinched, always gave me his best advice, and if he couldn't answer a question, he referred me to someone that could. Having to go through this process was a NIGHTMARE, but Stuart made me feel like I couldn't be in better hands!

I had called a couple other attorney's first who said they could not help me for different reasons. The main reason was due to the laws in our state, they didn't know if they could win and if they did would the dollar amount be worth it to them. I had an appointment within a week of calling Mr Punger.... He listened to everything I had to say, looked at the documentation I had and told me the process, if I were to proceed with him. I had another issue due to my accident that was something he did not handle and he referred me to another attorney in the state who was also amazing. Everything Stuart told me on day one he followed through on. Once I was able to return to work it was hard to get time off for appointments. I remember nights after hours as well as a Sunday afternoon him meeting me to fit my schedule. In my line of work I have worked with more attorney's than I can count (not in the same type of law) but I had never had one willing to accommodate a client's work schedule the way he did mine. He built a case based on what happened, interviewed my Dr' s and everyone involved. Even now I can not imagine the time he spent on my case. It was not until Mediation that I was able to see how brilliant he really was. Don't get me wrong I knew he was good and I was already impressed with him and his Paralegal Katie DeSpain but I had never been in a Mediation before. He spent time preparing me on how the process worked ahead of time but watching him work for me that day was like watching a truely experienced professional do what he knows and does best. He was amazing to watch and listen to. He won my case that others would not take and negotiated a settlement in the six figure range. I highly recommend him and if I ever run into anyone that needs an attorney I will definitely recommend Stuart Punger. I would also like to take a moment to also say his Paralegal Katie DeSpain is one of a kind. During my recovery she called to check on me. The attorney I mentioned being referred to for another matter, Katie provided him with copies of my documents to allow me time to heal and make things as easy for me as possible. Customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced. If I left a message for Katie or Stuart I got a returned call before they left that day. Stuart and staff are the best you could ever have on your side. If you just call and meet with him you will know before you leave that office you made the right decision and have the best working for you.
