Almost 9 months ago the police wrongfully accused me and my boyfriend with maintaining marijuana and maintaining a concealed weapon. They searched my house and my car for no reason at all and the weapon nor the gun was mine but they still charged me even after the person said it was theirs. I didn’t ...really know my rights at the time because I’ve never been in trouble with the law ever and these were my first charges. Finally after 9 long months of being in and out of court Attorney Logan got to the bottom of it and got the DA to dismiss both of the charges being that I was wrongfully blamed!
