I have practiced criminal defense law since 2001. I am a board certified specialist in state and federal criminal law (by the NC State Bar Board of Legal Specialization). I represent clients in all types of criminal matters around the state. I have tried over 60 jury trials in 10 NC counties and the NC federal district courts. I also represent clients on appeal in the NC appellate courts and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. I love practicing law, and I'm always prepared to take on new cases.

Justice Prevailed!

I was facing retaliatory and fabricated charges stemming from a domestic situation involving a family member. Chris Beechler made my accusers look pathetic in court, as they deserved. I was honored to have had a front row seat watching him perform his craft, and exposing their lies. He is an excellent lawyer with great instincts and intuition. My entire family had nothing but great things to say about him, and everyone agreed they would hire him if they ever had a need for his services. Incredible guidance through the most difficult time.

Chris Beechler was able to calmly and competently handle a very personal legal situation for me; that were it not for his expertise and ability, could have negatively impacted every aspect of my life. While my situation was far from his biggest case, he was always available, always accessible for communication, and always a voice of reason. He was honest with me from the start about the challenges I would face, without making me feel small at any time. His knowledge and professionalism about every hurdle I faced made what seemed to be an insurmountable situation for me, become manageable and ultimately solvable. He reacted very quick to my case. I was charged with a felony which he was able to get a plea deal and ultimately have expunged. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of a criminal lawyer in the Winston Salem Area.

Just absolutely the best, outstanding

Chris was recommended to me by a friend in another part of NC. We needed a lawyer for my son. I'm a lawyer myself and I know a good lawyer when I encounter one. I just can't s say enough about Chris: response, effective, results-oriented, smart, knowledgeable, experienced, well-connected, and easy to talk to. My son got the best result of anyone in the group that was charged and Chris' fee cost no more than any of the other lawyers. He also gave my son some good warnings about the particulars of NC law and what to watch out for. I wish every lawyer was like this. Expunction Order Saved my Career

Chris Beechler and his office manager, Tom Boone did an excellent job with my case. I required an expunction of a misdemeanor conviction. This misdemeanor was preventing me from getting a job that I desperately wanted. The misdemeanor had also resulted in a job offer being rescinded. Mr, Beechler and Mr. Boone were able to get me the expungement in a timely fashion. These gentleman literally saved my livelihood and my family. I am forever grateful and I recommend this office if you are in need of legal services. Furthermore, I was treated with compassion and dignity. I had expected to feel embarrassed about my situation, but Mr. Beechler and Tom were very compassionate. I am also now employed with a company that I love! Many thanks to Chris and Tom!

Professional and knowledgeable

Chris just finished a case for my son that was dismissed and expunged!!! It doesn't get better than that. He was so understanding of my son's situation and gave him assurance it would be ok. Very Companionate and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to any one in need of an Attorney in this area.

Like a Day at the Beach

Mr. Beechler is always accessible and provides quality guidance. Like his initials spell out, his services can take you where you need to go. The quality of service reflects the pricing. His office is extremely well kempt and the staff is courteous. From the initial consultation through the resolution Chris was active and concise. Initially I was bound up with anxiety when seeking representation. In the end, I felt understood and could hear freedom ring because of Chris Beechler. I was not guaranteed any outcome. Relieved Parent

Chris worked with our teenage son through a serious speeding ticket and related court appearances. Chris listened well, was honest and forthright with our son about the serious nature of his actions but also empathetic and not unnecessarily alarmist. He clearly cared about our son but took his role seriously in helping our son understand both his circumstances and his action's consequences. While we hope we do not need to, we would hire him again in a skinny minute.
