Mr Pfeiffer is hands down the best DUI lawyer in the 757! After I was arrested for a 1st offense DWI I spoke with many lawyers in the area but after speaking with Stephen I knew my case was in good hands! Even though the arrest and charge of was bogus the evidence against me was hard to beat. I was looking at 2 years of suspended license , and tons of fees. After working with the prosecution Mr. Pfeiffer was able to get me a reckless driving plea deal with only a 250$ fine and no suspended license! My family and I are so grateful for Mr Pfeiffer. (CDL Driver) First off let me say this... if you're looking for a lawyer that will sell you a dream and lie to you about your case to take your money then Mr. Pfeiffer is not for you. I talked to up 5 different attorneys before choosing him. Why? Because he asked very detailed questions about my case and during our conversation he immediately called me out on my bulls**t and personally "I...DIG...THAT...S**T!!!! lol and if he was willing to do that to a potential client then he would most definitely do the same to the opposing side. Right then and there I knew he was the guy for me. Other attorneys was willing to take advantage of a desperate CDL driver with a DUI and was attempting to charge me double Mr. Pfeiffer's fee. The man's confidence and straightforward personality gave me all the security I needed and I knew he had my back, I had some anxiety before trial and he call me personally to reassure me that we were gonna fight this to the end. Yesterday when we walked inside the courtroom and I for the first time saw fear in the officer's eyes and I couldn't help but smile as they walked out to discuss a plea deal which I was more than willing to take. A DUI for a CDL driver is critical!! and possibly career ending so this plea was crucial. He assured me that if he couldn't break it down to a reckless with no restriction or suspension then we were going out swinging!! Which was exactly what he did!!! He exposed the officer on so many levels and pointed out how sloppy he was on body cam. The D.A and judge respected this man in the courtroom which says everything about his work ethic... I walked out with a reckless no suspension no restriction as promised and felt like either the outcome would have been in my favor.. Now I am in my truck taking time out of my day to leave this review because Mr. Pfeiffer is worth every penny and then some also a very down to earth guy with a great sense of humor all while being a threat in the courtroom. Google doesn't have enough stars to give him lol so I highly recommend him if you're in need of an attorney that will have your back and will fight for your well being. Now I have another chance to continue my career and the job I love thanks to Stephen P. Pfeiffer!! Thanks again my guy

In short, a refreshing introduction to a responsive, competent and confident professional. After an embarrassing lapse of judgement, which led to a reckless driving citation, I reached out to Atty. Pfeiffer. Within minutes of my reaching out he was well in-form as I quickly received clear and concise instructions on how to move forward. On the day of my appearance he explained precisely what was to come. After he ushered me into the courtroom I witnessed events unfold as such. Though we were in front of the judge for mere moments, I realized just how much preparatory work had been done for it to go so well. I wouldn’t chose anyone else for my legal matters. Mr.Pfieffer is hands down the best lawyer in the 757. He is distinguished and prominent through out the courts and the city of Virginia Beach. Well versed in DUI related cases and many other subject. He was willing to take on more than he had originally signed up for regarding my second case. He was extremely comforting and accommodating, whilst being communicative through my whole process even while I was incarcerated. Mr.Pfieffer was supportive and stern in encouraging me to be and do better for him to be able to get the best outcome of both of my court cases. He executed both cases very professionally did a lot of favors for me to receive the best results. I was originally looking at 1 year in jail with a felony charge and he got it reduced to 60 days (serving 30) with a misdemeanor. Mr.Pfieffer is very well mannered, well qualified, extremely competent, and very fashionable. I am very impressed with him and my outcomes of my trail. I’m pleased to have chose him over many others.
