I retained Mr. Bush for a very difficult Protective Order put in place by my former spouse about 5 years ago. Mr. Bush did phenomenal in defending me against false allegations and was able to get the case dismissed. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. I hired Mr. Bush for expedited custody. I had one brief consultation. Other than that I was trying to get answers through emails on the process. I was trying to have a meeting prior to court so I could understand my options, but it never happened. I felt completely unprepared as I have no experience ...with the court system. He spoke with me for 5 minutes before mediation on my court date, not fully understanding my situation, so his recommendation was not helpful. I felt like a number and not a client that dished out tons of money. I can give him credit for filing and getting a court date, that is about it.

Agree with the other 1 star poster. I gave him so much of my money and when I could not rub 2 pennies together for myself or to pay him with anymore, he withdrew as my council days before trial. He left me screwed and he knew it. He nickels and dimes every single call, email, round the corner trip to... court, etc. My retainer and more were eaten up by this and he even said he did not read everything or get too detailed on my case because he knew money was becoming an issue. I sat alone in front if a judge with the other party pushing to go forward but thankfully the judge even agreed the way I was left with barely any notice, I deserved and was granted a continuance. My new lawyer was AMAZING. I wish I knew better than to give Justin my money. I was vulnerable and frantic over my situation and he used it to his advantage all the way to the bank.
