Kelly L. Vasta, a founding member of Nield, Delpierre & Vasta PLC, represents her clients in the seven cities of Southside Hampton Roads and beyond, including Northampton and Williamsburg/James County, Virginia. She focuses her practice in the areas of criminal defense, traffic, juvenile criminal defense, family law and personal injury and wrongful death cases. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Vasta spent over a decade working in the insurance defense industry in a variety of positions, but most notably as a litigation examiner in the claims department. This has given her first hand knowledge and a rich understanding of the personal injury process, which allows her to effectively and efficiently handle her clients’ personal injury and wrongful death legal matters.
Before becoming a founding member of Nield, Delpierre & Vasta, PLC, Ms. Vasta worked for Jon M. Babineau, PC as an associate attorney in Norfolk, Virginia. Ms. Vasta also had the opportunity to intern at various locations including a private practice firm and Virginia Legal Aid Society during law school at Regent University School of Law.
