Great Young Attorney

What Mr. Stellute did for my family cannot be put into words. My son was falsely accused of a crime that he did not do. If it wasn’t for Mr. Stellute my son would have gone to prison and his life would have forever been changed. Quite simply, a great person and a remarkable lawyer.

Hired Mr. Stellute for a DUI and was very pleased with his attention to detail and his help with any questions I had. I was very pleased with the outcome. For someone who has a very heavy case load, he truly went out of his way to make me feel like I was his only client. I would absolutely use him again, although I hope I don't have to.

Call him

Great attorney. No nonsense and he may make you feel a bit rushed but he will get the job done. He knew to raise an objection when the, obviously biased police officer, started representing the co-defendant when she started making statements for which she “had no factual basis”. Our case was dismissed shortly thereafter.

Amazing Lawyer!

Mr. Stellute is fantastic. He showed up to my DWI hearing to assist his friend/my lawyer (who practices primarily in another district). I was so confident in their representation that I knew I would get the best result possible, which I did. My DWI was reduced to reckless driving, thankfully. (I was in the front seat with the engine on, but the vehicle was parked. I mention that not to underestimate what I did, but do not want people to have unrealistic expectations of what lawyers can do for you.) Court Hearing

Mario Stellute came to the Norfolk to represent me. As we stood in front of the judge and city attorney Mr. Stellute spoke to them both and the case was dismissed. Should I ever need an attorney again, I would definitely call The Stellute Law Office.

Excellent Lawyer!

Criminal Defense advice session

I was called within 1 minute of paying for the servic. The attorney who I was connected with, Mr. M. Stellute in Hampton, VA. was fantastic. Mr. Stellute was patient, non-judgemental, clear about the State's position and concerns in a case like mine, and very knowledgeable about VA law. I never felt rushed and Mr. Stellute provided his contact info. if I had any additional questions, despite the fact that he is located hours away from where I am and therefore would not be profiting financially from continuing to offer his help. I would recommend the service and Mr. Stellute without hesitation.

Reckless driving in VA Beach

Mario made my process so much easier. He was compassionate and helpful, and most of all very knowledgeable. He had me do community service and driving school before court and the judge specifically told me that was the single reason I was not losing my license.

The first responsible choice to make in any legal matter.

If you want success, you have to go with an attorney who is involved , dedicated and remembers what is going on with your case. Much older lawyers become very disconnected. Mr. Stellute is extremely active on every part of the case. He is always available for questions , I have used Mario for several different cases , injury case, tickets, and other personal issues. Everytime I came out on top . Problems went away with issues resolved. Not once in 3 years of calling him did he not return my call within the hour. Even while out of town. I have used other attorneys before and I would never make that mistake again. I truly trust him in everyway and refer him to people constantly.
