pleasure dealing with

i live in brooklyn they took care of everything i didnt have to lift up a phone except for the initial convo everything was communicated via email i paid online and done

Well done!

Getting a speeding ticket can be such a financial burden, not only from the fines but due to the increase in insurance premiums over the course of a few years. My driving record has been great until I received a speeding ticket while traveling from Michigan to North Carolina. I had the cruse set at... 78, however, when I started to go down a hill, it started to pick up a little speed so I shut the cruse off. I didn't immediately press the brake, I was planning to coast it back and that's when the officer (hidden behind an overpass) clocked me at 82 or 83 in a 70mph zone. He was kind enough to lower it to 80/70 which prevented me from getting a reckless driving ticket but 10 over still comes with 4 points in Michigan. I received several offers in the mail from attorneys in the Virginia area, who offered to take my case. I actually called someone else first and they weren't sure they'd be able to help. They said that the judge would likely want me to take a "drivers course" and it would be best if I did that first and that the judge typically only accepts an 8 hour course that needs to be done in person and not online. So I called Christina Pendleton's office. I got an immediate answer and was told they were very confident they could get it reduced to a "defective equipment" fine, which comes with no points. I hired her over the phone, which was very convenient and I didn't need to appear for court. She handled everything and got me the result that she said she could. I am very pleased and satisfied with her work and the stress free process she offered me.

WILLING TO TAKE TIME WITH YOU

AS AN OUT OF STATER WHO RECEIVED A SPEEDING TICKET I WAS NATURALLY AFRAID AND APPREHENSIVE BUT WHEN I CALLED CHRISTINA PENDLETON SHE IMMEDIATELY ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE AND WAS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND REASSURING AS I EXPLAINED MY SPECIFICS. IT FELT GOOD TO NOT BE SHUFFLED AROUND TO SOMEONE WHO HAN...DLED MY PARTICULAR NEED AS I HAD CALLED OTHER LAWYERS AND WAS GIVEN AN RUN AROUND AS TO WHO TO SPEAK TO. IN A SITUATION LIKE THAT YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO THE LAW FIRM AND NOT FEEL LIKE ,SINCE YOU ARE AN OUT OF TOWNER YOU CAN BE TREATED ANY OLD WAY. I WOULD BE REMISS IF I DID NOT MENTION THAT THE FEES WERE VERY RESONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER FIRMS.

Very fair cost, easy to communicate, honest, got the outcome we were hoping for

I found her through a mailer sent to my house after a speeding ticket. I gave her a call and she was super easy to get in touch with and most of our correspondence was through email----always got a response within a few hours and detailed responses too. She got me the outcome we were aiming for at ...an affordable cost. She was also able to defend me without me being present---saved me time off from work. Definitely would recommend her!
