Satisfied

I was a ball a nerves from the start...although I have never experienced being stopped or cited before, once I contacted this firm for their expertise I felt at ease. My case has been dismissed without paying almost next to nothing, I am truly satisfied. I hope I will never need their services again ...but if so, they will be my first call...Thank you to every staff member for their diligent work!!!!! Christina you rock!!!

Excellent Attorney for CDL Holders.

I stood accused of speeding. Though I have not been employed recently as a commercial driver, I hold a Commercial Drivers License. As a CDL holder, attending driving school to keep any offense off of my record was not an option. I contacted Ms. Pendleton's firm and was treated in a courteous and pr...ofessional manner from initial contact through the adjudication of my case. The strategy was to plea to a reduced charge, and she was successful in making such an arrangement. She actually was able to obtain a "deal" whereby I received no demerit points from a non-moving violation, forestalling a significant increase in my personal insurance premiums as well as saving my +5 point driving record. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone in need of quality, affordable representation in regard to a traffic matter, especially commercial drivers.

Very satisifed customer!

Christina Pendleton made my process very simple. Everyone that I communicated with during my process were very professional and responded to my questions quickly. I had a wreckless driving citation reduced to a defective equipment citation and was only required to pay a fine. Best of all, no points ...went towards my driving record and I was able to keep my record clean. Her services were very affordable, also. Thanks Christina!

Professional Service

Ms. Pendleton was prompt in her responses and accurate in the information shared. My case, speeding ticket, was resolve in the time promised. All information to pay fines was helpful and accurate. Her staff were efficient and friendly.
