Satisfied

I was a ball a nerves from the start...although I have never experienced being stopped or cited before, once I contacted this firm for their expertise I felt at ease. My case has been dismissed without paying almost next to nothing, I am truly satisfied. I hope I will never need their services again ...but if so, they will be my first call...Thank you to every staff member for their diligent work!!!!! Christina you rock!!!

Excellent communication, representation and results

I received a speeding ticket - my first ever - while driving through VA with my family on my way from NJ to FL, for doing 84 in a 70. It was only after I had a chance to fully read the summons after the officer had left that I realized how serious driving over 80 in VA was - it was much worse than s...peeding, it was reckless driving. I researched some of the potential repercussions of being convicted or of just "accepting" the charge and paying without actually showing up in court, and I knew I needed to hire a lawyer. Upon returning home to NJ a week later, I had already received multiple letters by mail from VA lawyers specializing in traffic violations. Christina Pendleton's stood out to me as the most professional and clear, and also because it quoted a very reasonable flat-fee rate. I googled her, was satisfied by all the online reviews I read, and called her the next day. My first phone call, as well as all afterwards, were answered quickly and by a "real" person. I explained my situation and my driving history (which was clean) and Christina reassured me that she was confident she could get the reckless driving charge reduced. She was clear on what I needed to provide to her (copies of my driving records from NJ and MA, the 2 states I'd lived in during the previous 5 years) and was very quick to confirm receipt of those once I sent them to her. In one case, for NJ, she contacted me to let me know that an online-sourced driving record for NJ had recently been challenged by the court judge in another case, and told me it'd be a good idea to go in person to the DMV and get an "official" copy to scan and send to her. I appreciated her taking the time to give me that extra guidance. The morning after my court date, Christina emailed me to tell me the reckless driving charge had in fact been reduced, to defective equipment - a huge difference, and one that meant no points on my license. I was incredibly relieved and grateful. Whenever my little anecdote comes up with somebody, I tell them two things - 1. set your cruise control in VA, and 2. if you do get a ticket, let me know, so I can direct you to the lawyer who did such a good job with my case.

Great Attorney, Great Results!

Attorney Pendleton asked probing questions, discussed options and consequences, told me what she needed from me, and appeared in court on my behalf regarding traffic matters. My issues were resolved as she suggested they might be, with minimal impact on my driving record, me not missing a day of work... as I live out of state. I compared her to another attorney, her prices were reasonable and she was more accessible and approachable. I definitely recommend her to others.

Stress free process

Everything was made clear up front before my court date and what to expect afterwords. This really was a seamless process and took at lot of stress from dealing with a speeding ticket. The response to my inquiries and emails were very prompt. My fees were unmatched with other lawyers offering to repr...esent me and I was able to avoid points against my license! I highly recommend Ms. Pendleton's services.
