Traffic/Criminal Violation

Ms. Vanessa Hicks is AMAZING! She communicated effectively, explained everything to me and also was very kind at all times. I received a citation in Greensville,VA for an 84/70 which is considered a misdemeanor and I am a teacher with a clean record and something like this has never happened to me be...fore. I am from NC and it was stressful to even think about this all but Ms. Hicks eased my worries and got my misdemeanor charge amended to a defective equipment charge without me having to miss work and travel back to VA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VANESSA HICKS!!!

Great communication and smooth and easy tramsaction

My husband is a truck driver and he got a ticket in Virginia and we live in North Carolina. The ticket was for 11 over the posted speed which is careless.and reckless in Virginia. That charge would have ended his driving career. We called our attorney at home and she gave us Vanessa's number. I calle...d and Vanessa was quick to tell us what she could do for us and what it would cost us. We hired her 2 months before the actual court date and she made sure she kept in contact with us during that time. She was always positive and upbeat every time we spoke. She told me to expect her to call after court on the day our case went before the judge to let us know what had been done. She held true to what she said she would do and that afternoon she called. Vanessa had done for us exactly what she said she would do. Our court fines and cost were exactly what she said she thought they would be and her fees were not high at all. I hope we don't ever have a need for an attorney in VA again but if we do we will definitely be calling Vanessa again.

Vanessa Hicks did a great job and I was blessed to have her as my lawyer

Mrs Hicks did a great job communicating with me about what i needed to provide in order to help my case. She was a great mediator between me and the court and made it possible for me to schedule everything when it would be convenient for me, being that i am from out of state and had a 9 hour car ride... it was very important that i only made one trip and get everything settled in court that day and she made me that happen. thanks again!

Vanessa was very helpful. I got a speeding ticket in VA on my way back to NC. Vanessa was able to have the ticket reduce to defective equipment, and I didn't have to even be there. I would certainly recommend Vanessa. Thank you Vanessa!
