While travelling I was pulled over and given a ticket for going 82 in an 70mph zone. Ms. Hicks was able to get it reduced to faulty equipment after receiving my driving record. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I was unable to represent myself in court because I ...am from the NYC area. The cost of her representation was very much worth it, and I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you Ms. Hicks!

I hired Ms. Hicks to represent me in regards to an out of state speeding ticket. After not hearing from her a few days after my court case , I took it upon myself to contact her so I knew what the outcome was. She played it off like she had sent me an email which somehow I never received and then inf...ormed me I would receive a letter from the court. A week or so passed and I hadn't received anything in the mail so I called the court. They informed me Ms. Hicks have them the wrong address and they could not duplicate the papers. When I had further questions regarding my case, Ms. Hicks was extremely short and unpleasant with me. I am currently still awaiting an email she promised to send me a week ago. I would NEVER recommend her! Save your money and search elsewhere! Coming from a family who had a number of positions in a lawfirm in Massachusetts, I was extremely dissappointed to see how Ms. Hicks neglected such a simple case where she "already had a case to go to on that day in that court anyways".

I obtained Ms. Hicks services 3 days prior to my court date for allegedly going 87 in a 70 zone in VA. Due to an emergency, I could not appear. She responded to my inquiry the same day. She was very knowledgeable and confident; and any worries I had she definitely assuaged. She answered all of my que...stions and gave me the possible outcomes so that I knew what to expect. In the end she was able to have my case dismissed entirely, and that is definitely well worth the fee. Although I hope I never have to go through another experience like this again, Ms. Hicks definitely made it pleasant and less stressful. Thank you so much!!

I never speed because I set my cruise control, but I just got on I-95N from Emporia, VA and somehow rolling down that hill along with traffic I was clocked at 82MPH. She was able to reduce my reckless driving (speeding over 80 MPH in a 70 MPH is reckless driving in VA!) to a non-point offense. I did ...not have to appear in court as I live out of state, she took care of everything. I had a clean record up to that point and I can't afford higher insurance rates. Thanks Ms. Hicks
