Go with a Pro

Got tagged on the million dollar mile down in Hopewell. No talking your way out of a ticket down there. Called Mr. Kiely who squared me away right from the start through the court date. If you have a job where any negative information on your record could be a liability, I would call Mr. Kiely.

happy with results of case

Great Attorney

Michael Kiely represented me in a case involving a timeshare I had purchased back in the 80's in Virginia. I haven't lived there in years so I was unfamiliar with their laws. He was very helpful, gave me good advice and in the end, the case was resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely be a ...returning client.

Reckless Driving 30/60

I got a reckless driving ticket while I was travelling to office , for speeding 60 on 30 , Am an Alien to this country and I never knew how this court/traffic violation works , when I started calling multiple lawyers, most of them scared me saying that I that I might end up in jail or suspension of ...License ,(this would impact my immigration status offcourse !!)and they would try their best to avoid a jail sentence, when I called Mr. Kiely , he honestly said Jail chances are very less ,he will try his best not to get my License suspended and to reduce the violation . Mr. Kiely took up the case and my violation got reduced to a general speeding ticket and saved me from screwing up my Immigration status .(which was nearly impossible as per other lawyers ) He presented the case in an effective manner. I was impressed by the way he delivered the points before the Judge to consider to reduce my violation . I would say ,Mr. Kiely is a Honest and Effective lawyer . Strongly Recommended !!!!

Hire Michael!

I was in Virginia from out of state and got a reckless driving ticket on I95. I was scared when I saw the potential penalties; thousands in fines, possible jail time. I hired Michael to defend me. Due to his knowledge of the Virginia courts and his personal relationships with many judges and attorney...s he was able to get my ticket reduced. What a relief! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and encourage anyone to do so.
