If you're like me, then you always read reviews before making a decision whether its a restaurant, doctor, movie, or in this case, an attorney, and you always want to make sure you made the right decision. Let's just say I did the work for you. I was nervous since I was unfamiliar with the bankruptcy... process so I actually contacted 4 attorneys to see who could provide the best service, information, accessibility, and price. All 4 attorneys provided a "free consultation" which was essentially talking to you on the phone for 10 minutes then asking you to come in for the initial meeting where they charged you $75-$100. The only attorney that was different was Rich- I called to set up an appointment and he actually spent an hour explaining his strategy on how to tackle my case! This was surprising and it shows that he genuinely cares and was willing to address my concerns. You also worry that once you decide on an attorney and you pay the fees, that your calls or emails go unanswered, but someone always returned my concerns within the same day. I also had an issue where a company tried to garnish my check and Rich was able to reverse the garnishment within 24 hours. This involved reaching out to the Court, the 3rd party attorney, and my payroll so it was not an easy task and for that, I am extremely grateful. Rich and his amazing team of paralegals definitely deserve all the 5 star reviews that they receive. I would not wish bankruptcy on anyone, but if it is something you are considering, reach out to Rich and he will help you through it!
