Second to none
The first thing that impressed me was I'm from NC, but got my ticket in VA but when I contacted his firm he personally called me back within 1 hour. Reckless Speeding

Reckless driving, VA.
Got hit with reckless driving, 87 in a 70. I live in New Jersey was on my way home from visiting a friend. I had no idea what to do. Mr. Kiely was very informative on what to expect and handled everything. I am extremely pleased with the results and with his representation.
