Knowledgeable professional
Mr. Kiely was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me. He helped with the court date when it wasn't convenient and provided helpful recommendations. He presented the worst case, best case outcome scenarios, and realistic expectations. Positive outcome.

Service provider problem
I needed assistance dealing with a service provider that refused to honor an agreement to provide services at a predetermined specific rate. Mr. Kiely read the agreement, contacted the parties and resolved the issues quickly, expeditiously and to every ones satisfaction.
