I was 100% pleased with Mr. Weiland's legal representation. I spoke initially with his law partner by phone who was attentive to my needs and concerns and gave honest feedback about my legal situation and regarding what to expect financially. (I also felt his fee was reasonable.) The process was q...uick and easy to hire his services. He laid out a clear plan regarding what they would do. When Mr. Weiland ultimately became the partner to represent me (my daughter) in court, he met with us before the hearing. He was clearly well prepared and explained his plan and gave ample opportunity for my daughter and I to add information and ask questions. I was pulled over on I-64 for doing 92 in a 70 MPH zone and was charged with reckless driving by speed. I am an out of state driver and was unaware of VA's harsh traffic laws. True to his word, I called John's office after the trial (I was not required to attend since I was out of state) and he told me that he got the charge reduce to improper driving, which is a simple traffic violation and not a crime.
