I had a reckless driving case in Henrico County that was 99% guaranteed to get me at least one day of jail time: 106 mph in a 65. Mr. Weiland did not sugar coat it, but told me what to do before my court date to give me the best shot. I logged over 100 service hours, got my speedometer checked and ca...librated, and had my employer write a character letter. Henrico County is known for being hard line on speeding and anything over 100mph is considered automatic jail time. When my court date came, thankfully we had a judge that was sympathetic enough to my case (explaining since I was military I was facing disciplinary action on my end as well), I ended up having my charges lowered to "improper driving" with a $500 fine, with no criminal record. Mr. Weiland was amazing. He's also former military so he's familiar with those situations as well.

There were some reviews that made me question the clients sanity, but Mr. Weiland gave them more than a reasonable outcome on their cases.... Additionally, I found out that attending a Defensive Driving class and volunteering for community service for a Non-profit organization could help me out, all of which Mr. Weiland suggested too when I finally talked with him, but I already had everything aligned before hand. Furthermore, I ended up completing and enjoying the 8 hour Defensive Driving Class and volunteering 106 hours for the Salvation Army, I know they miss me because I was working like I was getting paid. To look into further, I personally sorted, reorganized, categorized, and cleaned every corner of their facility, as well as professionally revitalized their landscaping without hesitation within several of their facilities. On another note, I would not hesitate on hiring Mr. Weiland again for any legal matter within Virginia and I highly recommend his services to anyone needing professional legal help. I thank Mr. Weiland and his team for helping me so much and to be able to rest easy.
