Id like to start out by staying this woman is incredible. I was awarded sole physical custody of my very small breastfed baby, with the father having visitation on a “step up” plan, like I had proposed to the judge. Me and the father split months before our child was even born. I was suggesting... mediation for months with the father constantly shooting it down, then I was served with papers when babe was 3 months old. Im a breastfeeding mother, so babe can’t be away from me for very long. While I recognize babe needs his father in his life, his need to eat properly was Ms O’Neals main concern, even though it seemed father could not grasp that and just wanted 50/50 shared custody or bust. Ms O’Neal was compassionate, very easy and comfortable to work with. Speaking with her almost didn’t even feel like a business transaction, it felt more like talking with a really good friend. She was my voice when I couldn’t find mine. She grounded me often, told it how it was and gave me realistic expectations, even when I didn’t want to hear it, when I needed to be humbled. As a working single mom, I know attorneys do not come cheap. Even more so, GREAT attorneys don’t come any cheaper. I had to have some help from family and friends. But if you find yourself in the situation I did, I would put my trust in this one. She’s an absolute firecracker and her mind moves a mile a millisecond.
