During trial, Ms. O'Neal was able to impeach and discredit Wife throughout her cross-examination, and the court ultimately dismissed Wife's petition for spousal support, with prejudice, and ordered Wife pay Husband's attorney's fees in excess of $9,000.

Ms. O'Neal represented Former Wife against Former Husband for repeated violations of the Final Order of Divorce. Former Husband failed to pay court-ordered child and spousal support, failed to provide ... required medical insurance for the parties' children and Former Wife, and failed to pay out-of-pocket medical expenses for the parties' children. At trial, Ms. O'Neal proved Former Husband's willful violation of the order. The court found Former Husband in contempt on all counts and ordered repayment of all missed child and spousal support, medical insurance and out-of-pocket medical expenses. The court also ordered Former Husband to pay Former Wife's attorneys fees in excess of $7,600.
