Nicole is very confident, honest, and straight forward. She is right beside you until the end. Someone you can lean on hiring out of state. During my consultation Nicole was very clear, professional, confident and knowledgeable. She sets expectations, doesn’t over promise to make you happy and instead explains the law in a very direct and easy to understand manner. She never pressured me to hire her, she ensured she gave me the most inf...ormation during my consultation so that I could make the most education decisions moving forward. Nicole took the time to review my case, sent reminders for deadlines with court and read and analyzed volumes of information to prepare and present for my case. She was very personable and caring and goes to bat for you. She is busy, because she is excellent at her job, however she always remembers every detail about your case when you talk or email. During the trial, Nicole was sooo impressive to watch, she is quick on her feet, is able to pivot her line of questioning based on answers and is able to prepare you very well for the case. She made me feel confident and knowledgeable. I was a nervous wreck before meeting her whilst deciding to fight for custody of my child. Once meeting with her for my pre trial prep, I was no longer nervous, I knew I had the best attorney who cared and would fight for my rights also, she had prepped me well. Nicole was able to expose my narcissist ex’s lies flawlessly in court. The judge and everyone else there were able to see that he did not have the best intentions for our child despite him stating that he did with his words. I was able to successfully gain sole custody of my child all thanks to Nicole. For her, it was just a regular Thursday where she helps people day in and day out but for me, she changed my life, she is my superhero. I am eternally grateful for Nicole O’Neal.

Witnessing her ebb and flow during our trial was akin to seeing an elite musician craft a masterpiece out of thin air. I had a time-sensitive visitation matter involving my child. After being threatened in the morning, Nicole saw me during her lunch break and effectively stopped the matter from h...appening by the afternoon. She then proceeded to ensure that the necessary steps were taken to try and solidify a future for us thereafter. Nicole will always tell you the brutal truth; whether that is something you want to hear or not, it will be the key factor in how she fights passionately on your behalf in court. If you can be patient with her and understand that she is trying to make sure you do not get your hopes up; and you also realize that this fire within her is truly special, this tenacious spirit and razor-sharp wit in which she possesses, will be the saving grace for you in court. In our specific circumstances, we walked away with 3 times more than what we were asking for and my child and I now have a future together. Words can’t express how remarkable it was to watch her work under that pressure and seeing the commanding presence she has. The morning of the trial (when we met to go over everything) I witnessed her spirit in action for the first time and in those fleeting moments, I knew I was in safe hands. During the trial when my emotions got the best of me; she was the voice of calm keeping me present, without ever missing a beat in the proceedings, making sure to not miss those nuanced details that I forgot, that make all the difference. I can’t imagine what might’ve happened if Nicole wasn’t on our side and I will be forever grateful for this gift of life we have been given.

Nicole exceed all my expectations! She was extremely knowledgeable, was great with her responsiveness, hardworking, and straight forward.
