Thorough and Knowledgeable Family Law Attorney

Ms. Salerno was able to guide me and my case through the intricate and specific case law for Commonwealth of Virginia family law. Ms. Salerno was always able to answer my questions (how and why) with specificity to ensure I understood the exact reason for all decisions made in my case. That alone makes Ms. Salerno and her team "the bomb diggity" but her kindness and willingness to understand the emotional peaks and valleys of a case surely has placed her in the realm of spectacular family law attorneys. Good Conselor

Although, getting a divorce is never easy, she was able to walk me through on what to expect and explain everything that I need to know and anticipate through this whole process. Overall, my experience with Brianna Salerno was positive.

Above and Beyond!

Brianna Salerno took care of my very messy divorce follow-up for almost two years; i.e., Items that were not addressed during our divorce. It was a lot of work and dealing with a spouse with mental health issues, Brianna was able to not only able to keep everything professional with my ex-spouse but demonstrated the ability to keep her calm and work through each and every item. Although my ex-spouse was sending emails at all hours of the day and night, spreading lies and innuendos and anger, Brianna stayed calm and professional and was able to calm the waters to a solution that worked in the end for both parties. I was in great hands! Brianna went above and beyond her normal duties to ensure I was as stress free as possible when at times I thought this battle was never going to end. She had the ability to anticipate my ex-spouse's next move and counter offer that was fair, honest and acceptable to both parties. I could not have been in better hands. I recommend Brianna for advancement and/or "partnership" of your firm and will be requesting her assistance if needed in the future. I have already made those I know aware of your company. Clear, Concise & Efficient

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Salerno to effect an uncontested divorce. Her expert consultation allowed my spouse and I to resolve an amicable property settlement on our own, then Ms. Salerno and her associate Julie Colon produced the legal documents and guided everything through the courts. Both were always kind, considerate, and professional, as was everyone in the Livesay & Myers Fairfax office. While my case was basic, I will not hesitate to utilize Livesay & Myers, and Ms. Salerno, should a future family law matter arise.

Review

Brianna is a professional and caring attorney. My divorce wasn't very conventional since both parties could not be present at the same time and place and there were unusual circumstances but she managed the difficulties well. She is very sharp and quickly understands what you need even if you have limited legal knowledge. She is very good at communicating the details of the process and very quick with email responses. I'm glad I had her to represent me during the divorce.

I am so glad that I was represented by Brianna!

Brianna represented me in my divorce proceedings. If there were one hundred stars to give, I would them all to her! When I first came to Livesay & Myers, I was still very scared of what was ahead for me regarding my divorce. I knew that I would become a single mom of two young girls, and I was scared. Brianna was excellent! She calmed my fears, explained the process, and explained my options. She educated me on the entire divorce process. This helped me to think more about my future. Having Brianna as my lawyer helped me to feel secure in my decision, and also helped me to come up with a plan. As with anything, there are always a few bumps encountered. I encountered those with some of the things that my ex-husband was requesting. Brianna was an absolute steady hand, she calmed me down and guided me through that process. My ex-husband and I were able to agree on our final terms, and stay out of court. I totally credit Brianna's legal knowledge and warm and caring attitude with making that happen. As my divorce case ended, I was so happy to have met her, and worked with her, just sad for the circumstances. I very highly recommend Brianna Salerno and the law offices of Livesay & Myers!

Good lawyer！

She represented me for uncontested divorce case. Though the case would not be lucrative, I felt that they were happy to represent me. I just wanted someone who would proceed the case appropriately, would not delay the process and would not try to do unnecessary work. I think she exceeded my expectation. Her assistant, Julie, was also professional and very polite.
