Great Assistance on Landlord/Tenant Dispute

I had a tenant that moved out before the end of his lease and refused to meet the contract obligations. Steven helped me understand our options and communication strategy. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Ultimately, we were able to recover what was owed. Definitely recommend him.

Professional, responsible and reliable

I had a tenant who owes several months' rent and didn't want to move out. That tenant had similar behavior to her previous landlord. I was introduced by her previous landlord to Steven Krieger Law office. I am impressed by the work by Steven and his team. They explained the procedure and cost to me c...learly. They responded to my questions promptly and effectively. The outcome is satisfactory. I strongly recommend his professional service.

Phenomenal Legal Representation

My husband and I hired Steven Krieger Law to help us sort through a legal matter regarding a tenant who was residing in our condo. We initially reached out to Steven for consultation, which he provided complimentary. We were so impressed with him that we ended up hiring him and his team to represent ...us in court and walk us through the legal proceedings. Thanks to Steven and his team, we won the case and ended up hiring him again to help with the garnishment process to actually collect what we were owed by our tenant. Steven and his team made what seemed like an intimidating legal process, as seamless as possible for us. We would definitely recommend Steven Krieger Law to others seeking legal consultation/representation.

Super Response and Professional

I have been working with Mr. Kreiger over the span of a couple months and am thoroughly satisfied and impressed. A creditor was contacting me repeatedly about an invalid debt claim. It got to the point where I needed an attorney to get them to back off, and that is where I meet Mr. Kreiger. His ...firm was able to craft a letter sent to the creditor, which effectively ended further attempts for them to contact me. Mr. Kreiger was able to quickly diagnosis and dispose of the matter to give me some ease. Moreover though, since then Mr. Kreiger has continued to assist me by email as I investigate pursuing matters against the creditor. Although this is beyond the scope of the original assignment, I have continued to receive very helpful advice all without any further fees. What really has impressed me has been the lightening-fast speed at which I have gotten answers to my questions; along with how clear, succinct, and accurate he has been. I would absolutely recommend his firm, they are fair, honest, and super responsive.

Simply. The Best!!!

After doing much research and reading positive reviews online, I contacted Steven Krieger to help with a contractor fraud case. Long story short, we gave a general contractor a sizable deposit for a master bathroom remodel. This deposit was to be used to purchase materials and to start the project.... The contractor never performed any work nor did he purchase any materials. Steven represented us through the entire process. He was extremely fair and reasonable with his time and fees, and always remained realistic with expectations regarding the case. He was very proactive and able to clearly walk us through our legal options in a case that had many complexities and challenges throughout. Steven did not give up on the case even though the general contractor ultimately filed for bankruptcy. He helped us work through a claim with DPOR until we were able to get a favorable outcome. Steven’s counsel and unwavering persistence were instrumental in helping us collect on the monies we were owed and I would recommend Steven to anyone who is looking for honest and fair representation. If I ever need legal counsel again in the future, I plan to use Steven Krieger.
