I recognized for quite some time that I needed to have a will, medical and financial power of attorney, and trust set up so that the process of settling my estate will be made as easy as possible for my family and heirs, but trying to find an attorney I felt I could trust had been a drawback to completing this process. I was pleased with my initial consultation, in which she asked me about my personal and financial situation, walked me through the processes available under Virginia law and explained the options open to me, and made good recommendations based on my needs.
