Demise of Marriage

Livesay & Myers have been working my case for over 2 ½ to 3 years as it was very complex and due to reconciliation a few times. I went through 4 Lawyers and Laila was last, best and bought this painful process to an end. In the very last phase, she was Lawyer, Mediator, Judge and Jury and all was ve...ry necessary. All know the last phase of Divorce is taxing and I did not know how things would end; therefore, depended on her expertise and she came through. She also assisted with Quitclaim Deed on Virginia Properties and Name Change. She’s a very kind, well-spoken person and I thought she was like a Chihuahua; however, during mediation, I saw her become Pit Bull, all warranted. I had nothing left to give and she nor her paralegal GiGi wavered in effort to bring this Divorce to an end. I have nothing but admiration, gratitude and forever grateful for job well done and wish her and GiGi well, in their gift to help those who can’t help themselves at a time of crisis. Thank you both! Incredible Initiative

As a petitioner in a somewhat complicated international divorce process, my legal team in England needed to know the status of a court order which I was led to believe was still in effect, after nearly 20 years. Laila and her team not only found out the status of the court order, but took the initiat...ive to do some additional research, which made all the difference to my case. Finally, after 23 years I have received my divorce decree. Laila and her team are incredibly professional and go that extra mile for their client. Thank you!

Ms. Raheem and her paralegal Margaret Stanley handled all aspects of my divorce. They communicated the process and kept me up to date throughout. They were always available to answer questions.
