I cannot thank Mr. Farr and his staff enough for their excellent job assisting me manage my mother's assets. He and his staff have been responsive, caring and supportive. We started working with Mr. Farr and his staff seven years ago when my mother was still in her own home. They were and continue... to be knowledgeable and efficient. I hired Evan Farr in December 2016 to get my husband on Medicaid. Ours was an incredibly complex and unusual case that required a LOT of extra work for him and his team, and I am certain that his firm lost money handling our case because he charges a flat fee rather than billing hourly. The whole Med...icaid process was full of twists and turns and many unexpected developments for me and for his team, and at each step of this tortuous 13-month journey, I sent up a prayer of thanks to God that Evan and his team were my guides and advocates. Because of them and their wise counsel, I was able to remain confident that we would ultimately get my husband approved for Medicaid, even though we encountered so many problems along the way and even though the process took far longer than anyone anticipated.
