I would like to thank everyone at Todd Whatley PA for all your help in organizing and preparing my estate documents.
A daunting procedure became a thoughtful exercise of understanding and consideration.
Your professionalism and patience are greatly appreciated.
I am an elder law attorney. This is what I do and this is my passion. I am a Certified Elder Law Attorney, as certifed by the National Elder Law Foundation, which is accredited by the American Bar association to certify attorneys. As of now, I am only one of three in the state of Arkansas. I am also President of the Board of Directors of the National Elder Law Foundation.
I want to make sure that the elderly and their families are protected and getting all of the benefits they deserve and have worked for their entire lives. Our practice is limited to the specific legal issues related to the elderly including Estate Planning (wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorneys), Medicaid benefits for home care or nursing home care, Veteran's benefits to help pay for care at home, assisted living or nursing homes. We can also help you with guardianships and probate.
That's it, that is what we do. All of my continuing education is based on this area of practice. Having done 2500 Medicaid applications and hundreds of VA applicatrions, we know how the system works. We can help you preserve the assets while qualifying for services that you may not even know you may qualify for at this time. Give us a call and we will help you navigate through this maze of regulation and misinformation.

#1 Elder Law Practice
Mr. Whatley is an exceptional attorney. He knows the ins and out of what he does and has worked on both sides of the fence. I really appreciate all the help he has given me in my time of need with my grandmother.

Trust
Our family owns several properties and businesses we did not want to have to go through all the headaches when our parents die and they could make the decisions of who needs to do what. We went to Mr. Whatley after hearing a seminar that his office hosted. He took the worry out of this and everything is set up now. Thank you and your staff for the personnel service.

Wills and POA's
My wife and I have no children and we needed all the documents that are required in case one of us is sick or dies. We did not want to let the other spouse have problems during a already hard time. Mr. Whatley helped and now we are protected along with our assets.

Helped with Grandmother
When we had question about estate planning with my granmother to make sure she was taken care of and would not be taken advantage of we called Mr. Whatley and his Fort Smith office. All questions were answered and we found our we could put it in his hands and staffs hands to help us through this time no more pulling our hair out. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
