Biography
I am a third-generation lawyer -- following my grandfather and my father both at the University of Virginia School of Law and in the firm which was founded by my grandfather and his brother around 1894. I believe in using the English language to communicate with my clients and have been known to apologize - in advance - for having to use a fancy word (which I try to explain). I take the time at a client interview to get to know those who seek my help and try to be accessible to them.

Mr. Hart did an excellent job helping my wife and I get a guardianship for our disabled son, who was becoming a legal adult. Mr. Hart was very professional, efficient, and timely. His staff was also professional, friendly, and efficient.
