Having drafted the only pooled special needs trusts operated in Wyoming, Mr. Davis served on the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Guardianship Corporation (WGC) and its pooled trust committee for eleven years. He is a former Deputy Insurance Commissioner for the State of Wyoming and is a member of the Trust Special Interest Group of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Wyoming State Bar Estate Planning, Elder Law, Trust and Probate Section where he servd as Chairman in 2018-2019. Mr. Davis served on the Wyoming Governor's Task Force on Elder and Vulnerable Adults in 2017 and was instrumental in the adoption of the Uniform Power of Attorney Act (UPOAA) in Wyoming.
