I litigate civil disputes, but mostly estate and trust disputes. For example, I file or defend lawsuits in the following areas: will contests, establishment or impeachment of trust documents, fiduciary misconduct, surcharge and falsification, fiduciary removal actions, debts & demands hearings, undue influence, and/or lack of capacity. I have also represented licensees before administrative boards, including Board of Funeral Directors and Board of Realtors.

Excellence! No need to look any further.

I have a problem with my mother's estate. I have contacted 4 or 5 attorneys in the last 2 years and they were not knowledgeable in estate litigation. I met with Kimberly Murphy and she is the most knowledgeable, intelligent and helpful attorney I have ever met. She has agreed to take my case and I fe...el blessed. She was Fantastic!

My brother and I sued another brother for stealing our inheritance. It took about 4.5 years to get thru the whole court process. Kim was with us the whole way. We called her Kim-Possible! Such an amazing person, such a grasp of the law, and such a deep intelligence. I would recommend her to the Mo...on and back. If she takes your case, you are lucky. Also her assistants were top-notch, which is very important! The assistant keeps the lawyer running smoothly. And the law firm is top-notch too. I remember, one time, Kim just could not come to a deposition, and her head partner stepped in and covered for her. The office is right across the street from the court house, which is super convenient when you go to court. Oh, by the way, we won.

Excellent

Ms. Murphy took on my challenge without hesitation and completed everything that needed to be done in a timely manner. She kept me informed at all times and helped me decide on some things that I had no experience with. She goes above and beyond to help her clients and makes time for every question n...o matter how big or small. I recommend her highly and cannot say enough good things about her.
