Excellent Professional Consultation

Bill Blackford was recommended to me at a time when I needed someone to handle a business matter concerning a separation agreement from my employment. He provided a thorough evaluation and explanation of the legal... documents I presented to him and provided me with all options on how to proceed. Separation Agreement - Pragmatic and Efficient

Mr. Blackford was very helpful with preparing and executing a separation agreement. I was particularly impressed that he focused on completing the work rather than running up his rate. My wife and I had already agreed to the terms, and Mr. Blackford was informed, pragmatic, and efficient in prepar...ing the agreement and getting it signed. I would highly recommend him for anyone else heading into a separation, and in general. The rest of the staff was also excellent - responsive and professional.

Marital Separation Agreement

William Blackford was the second attorney that I hired to review my marital situation and represent me. I felt that my initial attorney was dragging things out and taking advantage of the assets that I had. Mr. Blackford proved to be an honest man of his word in bringing this agreement to closure i...n a reasonable amount of time. During negotiations, Mr. Blackford knew the facts, addressed concerns, and basically created a relaxed, comfortable setting to promote trust. I honestly do not believe that anyone could have done a better job at presenting my case in an articulate, methodical manor the way that he did. I am completely satisfied with his services and would highly recommend Mr. Blackford to anyone needing counsel.
