About our Law Firm:
In 2005, Bill joined with Chris Flohr to form Blackford & Flohr, L.L.C., a firm dedicated to providing high-quality trial advocacy for its clients. Together, they wanted to establish the kind of firm that is difficult to find: one that would provide passionate and practical legal advocates who are able to go to the mat for their clients and care more about them than politics or paychecks.
Today, Blackford & Flohr represents a variety of clients in cases for criminal defense, family law, DUI/DWI, construction law, business law, rape, traffic defense, and other general law litigation. We operate in Arundel County, Montgomery County, Baltimore, Towson, Ellicott City, Washington, DC, and throughout Maryland.

Bill's Personal Life:
Outside of his professional life, Bill enjoys playing ice hockey and golf, volunteering time for addiction treatment services and being involved with his extended family. Bill is happily married to his wife and they recently had a beautiful daughter last summer, who has joined their two very spoiled dogs at home in Baltimore.
Over 20 years of experience as a trial attorney in estate, probate, trust, business and personal injury matters with a broad array of exposure to other areas of law in Maryland and federal courts.
