We handle clients and situations at all income levels. We are very successful at protecting business interests and getting our client fair alimony amounts over longer durations or protecting our client from unreasonable alimony and property demands.
I concentrate my practice in divorce/family law in central Maryland. My philosophy emphasizes practical solutions that minimize the financial and emotional cost to the client and the client's family, business interests, and personal/professional standing in the community. I am also a mediator and a collaborative divorce practitioner, holding basic and advanced training certifications. I am a strong advocate for the collaborative process and I would be happy to explain the process and how it could benefit your family.
I serve the Court as a court-appointed Attorney for Children in various capacities, including service as a Best Interests Attorney. I also serve as a mediator/facilitator at Settlement Conferences in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and volunteer at the Family Law Assistance Project in the Circuit Court for Howard County. These honors demonstrate better than anything that I am respected by the Judges of the Court. By working hard to get my clients fair resolutions I satisfy my clients and continue to earn the respect of the Bench and fellow attorneys. I am most proud of all of the great results I helped get for my clients and the dozens of client reviews that demonstrate their satisfaction and appreciation.
