Mr. Mulinazzi stands out head and shoulders above the crowd!

Mr. Mulinazzi stand head and shoulders above the crowd! This past week I have messaged at least 20 attorney's. I had special circumstances and Mr. Mulinazzi was unable to assist me in the attorney/client capacity due to his prior commitment to other clients during the last minute trial dates I had. However, Mr. Mulinazzi stood head and shoulders above the crowd because even though Mr. Mulinazzi was unavailable, he took the time to communicate about other possible lawyers that may be able to help me with the time restraints I have. I greatly appreciated his other recommendations! He most certainly went beyond the bear minimum response of the potential response of "I'm sorry, I can't help you." This means a great deal to me, as a parent but also as a Business Management degree graduate. The simple kind gesture, and not taking the short/easy/quick response out, gave me a glimmer into his demonstrated legal professional services. Furthermore, his extra step measures provided me his ability to also demonstrate the confidence he has in himself! I have worked with many attorneys over the long grueling years!! You can truly tell a lot about how one attorney represents the possible "competing" colleagues. Thomas put his current clients priority first (as he should) while also assisting my needs. It is so refreshing to have a professional like Mr. Mulinazzi. Perhaps he may have viewed his response as small, but it made the difference of how he stands out, head and shoulder above your peers. Wouldn't you want an attorney to take the time to fully respond to your needs and not take the quickest/easiest route? I have been asking questions on Avvo for a couple of years. The usually pertained to my divorce, petitioning for a green card for my ex husband etc. But recently I have been in a situation that has caused me a lot of anxiety, and despair and I can honestly say this is the FIRST attorney that took the time to leave a very detailed message in regards to my situation and show COMPASSION. Great Attorney!

I highly recommend MLO/Mulinazzi Law Office for helping me with my divorce. Mr. Mulinazzi made a complicated process easy and mentally acceptable, answered all my questions, and kept me updated. Seasoned Professional

I hired Thomas Mullinazi for a family member almost 10 years ago and more recently for my own divorce case, which involved very complex issues including child custody, alimony, and property division. In both cases, Thomas has successfully negotiated settlements that way exceeded my expectations. Thomas is a seasoned professional who not only knows the law, but he is reasonable. The two things that stood out to me from working with Thomas over the years are: (1) If the other side is fair, Thomas will in turn be fair, but if they're unreasonable, he is not afraid to call them out and he won't budge until they are back in line; and (2) He is always working behind the scene to not only meet your goals and objectives, but as he did in both my cases, he also wants to exceed them.

Second to None!

Thomas represented me in a pretty bitter, ugly and contentious custody battle. It was clearly one of the most stressful times of my life and I did not want to return to the attorney who represented me for my divorce as I simply did not have a good experience. I had to shop around a bit but as soon as I met Thomas, I knew he was a different type of attorney. He was honest, candid and told me what I needed to hear- not what I wanted to hear. He asked thorough questions and actually made me feel like he cared about my situation (yes- an attorney who actually cares about his clients and how stressful this process is for those who go through it!). Throughout the process, Thomas remained the consummate professional- timely with responses and always taking the high ground with my ex-husband's attorney- as well as reminding me to stay on high ground. He attempted to settle in a way that would bring our case to a close sooner than later and for a more reasonable price but sadly, that was not possible and the case went to trial. In court, Thomas has masterful in presenting our case. He was thoroughly prepared and kept me focused on what was most important. The three-day trial was exhausting and nerve-racking but watching Thomas exude such professional decorum and confidence in court only brought me more courage and calmness as I waited and mentally prepared to take the stand to testify. To summarize it, Thomas is not your show-off, arrogant, cut-throat-type of attorney but when it comes to custody cases, I really do not believe that is what works or what wins cases. What I did get from Thomas was a laser-focused, honest individual, who knows the law, has an impeccable reputation in the courts, is reasonably priced and who keeps it real with his clients- leading to many wins and victories- including winning my case. This combination is what makes him the best family law attorney you can find and undoubtedly, second to none!

Great divorce lawyer

My plan was to have a few consultations to see which law firm I wanted to handle my divorce. Thomas ended up being the only lawyer I talked to because of how thorough and genuine he was during the consultation (not to mention how extremely fair his pricing was). Once hired, he kept me in the loop on everything that was going on, I was always cc'd on any email he would send out within his firm or to my ex wife's lawyer and any questions I had, he was quick to respond. It was an extremely sad time for me and I wanted him to handle everything so that my involvement was as minimal as possible - which he did. He was very empathetic to my situation and he even put a hand written note on the last document he sent to me which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend him.

Expert in child custody

Michelle Dauksha and Thomas were very professional from start. The family law is dealing with people in stress and they deal that with empathy and professionalism. I found them through one friend who had very positive experience, and I thanked him recently for the referral. Thomas was always available to talk and gave his opinion without implying any bias even though he did not have to go that extra step. He has this whiteboard which he draws and that kind of make it simple to understand/grasp the case than just talking in lawyer lingo which goes over your head. The billing was very transparent and honest as well. I was very happy with honesty and clarity which I received and would highly recommend.
