Biography
I represent both employees and employers in state and federal court, as well as administrative hearings, handling all aspects of labor and employment law. My practice primarily focuses on employment litigation involving Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) (single plaintiff and collective action). I also handle matters on appeal and regularly counsel clients on hiring and firing decisions, wage and hour regulations, Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA") issues, collective bargaining matters, employment policies and restrictive covenants.

Replied last May 20, 2014This review was left my a disgruntled former client who took an unwarranted and extreme position in a case which resulted in a negative outcome for him. He is now looking to blame me for his own conduct. As a result of his behavior, I was forced to request that the Court allow me to withdraw from the case as his lawyer, and the Court granted my request the same day that I filed it.
