I was initially impressed with Mr. Judd Millman’s knowledge and integrity. Mr Millman continued to gain my trust and admiration as he was upfront and totally honest with what to expect; he didn’t make false promises. Mr. Judd Millman was able to commit to memory the multiple characters involved i...ncluding their titles which confirmed his personal interest in the case. Mr Millman guided me through the entire process therefore alleviating a portion of the heightened anxiety the situation imposed. Mr. Judd Millman and Shira immediately responded to any documents, queries or concerns that arose throughout the duration and thereafter. During the actual hearing Mr. Judd Millman dominated the prosecution. He was far advanced and gave every minute detail of information presented his undivided attention. I cannot express enough gratitude and would highly recommend Mr. Judd Millman to anyone who requires actual expertise in this type of representation.

Judd is not only knowledgeable, but respectful and insightful; his advice not only saved my job, but helped me secure a favorable outcome (that was still fair to my employer). In short, my previous employer was acquired by a global corporation, and my new employer had an aggressive non-competition... clause that I had to sign (in order to remain employed). As the deadline to sign drew near, I read some articles he had written on the subject of non-competition law. I contacted him and was able to see him that week before my deadline. He strongly advised me not to sign it, giving compelling legal and practical reasons to support that advice. He later guided the negotiation process with the corporate attorney, which produced a very favorable outcome: all but one of the terms I wanted removed or altered were accepted, we struck a mutually agreeable compromise on the last term, AND I got a pay raise! Judd handled the situation very well, and I'm glad I read his articles and hired him, he absolutely knows his stuff. His demeanor is very helpful and positive, and he will bring a refreshing and respectful candor to the discussion.

While searching for a lawyer for my case, many where aloof. Impression was they wanted something that had great returns. Than I met Mr. Millman.
