Where to start? without being too specific in my personal matters my situation looked grim, I was facing upto 30+ years for various charges that the state pushed the envelope on and even exceeding what was realistic, it seemed they set out to make an example of me. My Finacee and I were just going to make a short trip to New York juat to spend some quality time with one another to get away from our world for a few days then boom we're harassed for over a year for him being wrongfully accused/charged of driving without a license while under the influence of drug...s or alcohol. Well, the case was on our way to NY I was driving and started having a seizure which I suffer from epilepsy so I pulled over to the shoulder in Harford County so that I my finacee could help me. In doing so he pulled me out the vehicle and got me off to the the grass area of the shoulder away from traffic to assist me in my needs during my seizure. As this was going on there was a dispatch call to state police for a disabled road on the side of 95 which it took 20 mins for them to respond to the scene which medical attention I then got and my Fiancée was taken into custody and I was transported to the hospital. Later the next early morning come to fitness out State Police had arrested him and charged him on these false charges held him on bail in which I had to post a bond for him hiring a bondsman paying him over a thousand dollars then having to find my van was impounded and cost me over 500 dollars to get out. Then had to spend the night in my van outside the jail wait on this bondsman to have him released from the jail. After its all said and done a year and a half later we finally after taking it to a jury trial because the State without the proper testing done or evidence to even prosecute they were trying to make him take a guilty plea of 18 months or face up to 3 years if found guilty if taken to trial. So, Mr. Thomas Maronick was hired in the case and he is beyond the most intelligent and promising attorney to have been hired. He did more then prove the State was lying but he proved my Fiancées innocence which set him free from facing up to 3 years In prison for something in which he was being wrongfully charged with. This has taken the stress completely out of my life of possibly having to live with the father of our unborn child locked up and not there for the birth of our first child together or for our three other little girls we have together. Thomes Maronick gave us hope again for our future and has opened up the doors to the most happiest moments to come again that me and my beautiful family will be able to share together when our new addition to the family comes into this world.
