Mr Putzi was not the first attorney I hired but I wish he was!! I went through two others and after explaining the situation and they did some due diligence both told me to settle. I refused as I had done nothing wrong. I felt like these guys just wanted the retainer.
I reached out to Mr Putzi after I read about him. I thought I would give it one more try. He met with me immediately and listened to everything I had told the others. I was lured in by a "friend" who was accused of stealing a considerable amount of money. Mr Putzi sat with me, called the other attorneys to understand their position and then took my case. He was relentless and I felt like I finally had someone on my side. He was very polite and soft spoken, which I can see why some underestimate him however to watch him work was impressive. We never went to court because he was able to get the case thrown out and I firmly believe the State was afraid to face him. I carry his card in my wallet to this day.
All I can say is he believed in me when others did not. He is of the highest integrity and I consider him a great friend as well.

Good attorney but...

Needless to say. I had a case where he had charged me to go to court and instead he worked it out that we did not have to go to trial and told me he was going to refund 300 dollars and when he had to give me the money back made some cockamame excuse why he couldn't but he was just being greedy. He's a good attorney but he's too greedy. So greedy, his word is no good. I was shocked. He seemed like a nice guy but money was more important than his word. I think people should stand behind their word. Beware!!!
This lawyer was exceptional. To make a long story short I got into some serious trouble and with the help of Mr. Putzi he got my charges from a felony to a misdemeanor. Then once I was off probation, he was about to get me a PBJ. He really followed through with my case and really seemed to care.
