 I practice " people law", that is I help people who have legal problems with personal injury claims, car accidents, DUI/Traffic problems, dog bite injuries, and criminal charges.  I don't represent companies or corporations, I represent people.  I have been practicing law since 1988, always in the service of those with personal injury claims or needing aggressive criminal defense. I am dedicated to helping my clients resolve the pressing legal problems they face. I will be handling your case personally, not an associate or paralegal. You can count on me for straight talk and clear explanations so you understand the legal process, the strengths and weaknesses of your case, and the options available to you.

Mr Cook was a hardworking attorney and clarified all of my cases into one which would place me in ORC. This program helped me tremendously and saved my life. Great Attorney!!!
Mr. Cook took my son's case at the last minute (less than 12 hours before his court case) and was amazing! He went above and beyond what was asked of him and exceeded all of our expectations. He is a very professional and caring attorney. He gave us recommendations of what we needed to do after my son is released next week. I don't know what we would have done without him. Speeding ticket turned into DUI Charge
I found Tim using reviews and proximity to me and my case. I was speeding and got pulled over on a weekend night. The officer threw the book at me , 6 violations including a DUI charge. I was cooperative and did not agree to participating in tests. Upon meeting with Tim, I felt very comfortable. Tim could be your next door neighbor. Very down to earth and personable! When we went to trial, I could not have been happier with the outcome. My most serious charge of DUI was dropped. I paid a traffic citation, including absorbing the associated points. It was the first mistake of my life, and thanks to Tim, I won't have this egregious charge on my record. Do yourself a favor and pay up front for this attorney. In the long run, you will save yourself money and more!

Mr. Cook is an excellent, honest, and straightforward attorney. My plea deal took less than two minutes (or it seemed like it). He showed me around the District court house area. He briefed my options and likely outcomes along with a rehearsal of my chosen plea. He has a purposeful relationship with the District Courthouse staff. Modest, Personable, and Professional
Mr. Cook helped me 20 years ago to avoid jail time and just recently He helped my future Step-Son who was facing 20 years. Tim's style is to prepare you for the worst, as he is set to help you get the best results possible. Addiction is no joke. Has What You Need
This is the best lawyer in Bel Air! I have had 2 charges now and went to him for both of them. One being a Felony and one being a Misdemeanor. He was very precise and straight to the point. I was able to get the best results in both cases that i could ask for! if you need legal help he's the man for you!
