Affluent father with overly litigious attorneys sought to bully client into less child support and less time with children even though there was an existing order with graduated access time for the adv ... erse party. Our Office was able to prove the adverse party was hiding income, and not telling the truth about his work schedule, earnings, and about his involvement with the children. In fact, we were able to convince the Court that the adverse party's court filings were in bad faith and as a result we were awarded 100% of our client's fees which amounted to $85,000 - (the other side charged $155,000).

Attorney Mulinazzi subpoenaed records, got the client an immediate ... hearing and persuaded the Judge to enter an immediate order requiring father to pay child support of $2,139/month. To do this, Attorney Mulinazzi was able to persuade the Court to have an immediate hearing 20 minutes after the Scheduling Conference and only weeks after the client filed for divorce. He was also able to get a Pendente Lite Hearing only 7 weeks after the Scheduling Conference. At this Conference, the client will get temporary alimony, attorney's fees, more child support and use and possession of the family home, furnishings, and vehicle.
