There is nothing more peaceful and reassuring than to have someone who will genuinely and sincerely take up cause and fight patiently, persistently and successfully for you in achieving what has been described by others as an impossible task, that you, also, have come to believe as such too. This is how I can describe our experience with Dawn Sequeira, an Immigration Attorney we recently worked with during my wife immigration issues.
Our Ordeal rightly began during my wife citizenship interview in July 1996, when an error was discovered in the initial application she submitted for LPR. The application was, then, denied for lack of moral turpitude. However her LPR was not revoked. Over the years we had hired several reputable Immigration Attorneys to appeal and plead her case to the Agency without any success. Each and every one of the appeals was denied for the same reason, which left us in a limbo.
We first started to work with Dawn in January of 2014. One thing that first stood out to us about her, was her empathy for our case. While giving us no predictable guarantee of the possible outcome of the case, she promised that she would work hard on the case. Unfortunately she left the firm before the case was concluded. Soon after this, it became obvious to us that we were going witness the same fate again, Denial. The attorney that took over the case did not believe in possible positive outcome of the case. So it was not a surprise to us, when we got 30-days Notice of Letter of Intent to Deny from the Agency. The only response from the new and assigned attorney was to agree with the Agency expressed Intent to deny.
We knew that if we still had Dawn, she would continue to fight to the end for us. But she was nowhere to be found. No forwarding address or telephone. Nothing. Thank God, however, for Google search engine, we were able to locate her. Even when we did, she initially sited ethical issues in accepting the case. While we understood her ethical issues, we reminded her that we also have a right to terminate the existing attorney-client relationship for a new one which was going to be her. After we legally and ethically won her over to be our new attorney, with 2 weeks left to the deadline of August 3rd, 2015, Ms Sequeira went to work on our behalf. She prepared a fantastic rebuttal that brought our humanity and Agency’s fortitude together. “To err is human but to forgive is divine” is my philosophical description of her rebuttal. She was in constant communication with the Agency on our behalf even, after submitting the rebuttal, still pleading our case, while emailing us of her progress. It should not have been a surprise, when she called to inform us on July 19, 2016, that her application had been approved and would sworn in on July 27, 2016 as a n American Citizen but it was.
Dawn Sequeira is a hard-working compassionate, honest and passionate Immigration Attorney that I have no reservation in recommending her services to such as need them.

Dawn prepared an application for an H-1B visa for a person I am looking to hire. While the lottery hurdle remains [and is stacked against small specialty businesses looking to hire one person whose skills are unique and not found in the states], Dawn was impeccable in her attention to all the details and preparing the documentation in anticipation that we get beyond the hurdle. She was very attentive to my questions and making sure that I was kept informed every step of the way. She also reviewed my candidate to see if there were other viable options for obtaining a visa. In other words, Dawn is thorough, thoughtful, organized, professional and compassionate. Personal service in what often is a boilerplate world! Success is in the details, and Dawn has them covered as if it was her life at stake.

I just want to give a big wrap to Dawn Chere Sequeira from Legacy Immigration LLC
I am here in Sydney Australia and as a past USA resident with a past somewhat not so clean criminal history no knowing what of any chance I have of ever going back to the USA. Dawn has gone out of her way to reassure me that my past is just that past, Dawn has been on the phone calling me here in Sydney so I wouldn't rack up my mobile phone bill reassuring me the whole time by calling people on my behalf over there in the USA finding out information that I will need to do from here in Australia to get the ball rolling for me to go back to the states
Dawn is a champion at her game who is very personal who listens understands and very compassionate also extreamly knowledgable whilst being very professional and a true blessing in this kind of work. Here in Australia we have very very few us immigration lawyers who don't really tell you anything while the prices they charge is just pure theft I highly recommend Dawn at Legacy immigration LLC to anyone there in the USA or like me on the otherside of the world that has problems getting entry clearing into the USA THANK YOU SO MUCH DAWN YOU ARE BLOODY TERRIFIC

She cares for every single person and is truly dedicated to each case she works for. Dawn always have a plan B and very sharp and forward thinking mind to solve any problems which might occur. She is creative and she always has good ideas what to do in each situation. She put a lot of effort in our case and every minute I felt that she really cares. Dawn was very patient with us to explain all details and made us feel safe about a result. I highly recommend her to anyone. She is a right person in a right place. Thank you, Dawn, for everything!

I have known Dawn over a period of 7 years, and she is an incredible individual. Words cannot even begin to express our gratitude for her work. Not only has she been there for me professionally, she has also become a part of our family. Her diligence and prompt attention to all my matters really gave me peace of mind during the entire process. With the complex nature of my case, Dawn showed no hesitation and was able to quickly develop solutions. I am very grateful and thankful that I have the opportunity to meet such a wonderful person. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone. She is very personable and an excellent professional.

You may not trust any other attorney, but you can trust Dawn. I was in removal since 2013 after I applied for asylum with USCIS. Since my court was in NY, I hired an NY attorney to handle my asylum case. I was very unhappy with the law firm because I felt that they charged a lot, took my money, didn’t explain anything, didn’t update me about what was going on with my case, and attorneys kept changing. In one court appearance, my attorney was unprepared and even the judge yelled at her. I met with Dawn and immediately retained her. I was so desperate to get my green card since I was married and had a child on the way. I immediately retained her and the same day she contacted my old attorney and had the file emailed. She reviewed it thoroughly and then met with me. Dawn patiently explained my asylum case so I knew what had been done and what needed to be done. She told me the best strategy on how to get my green card. She advised that since I was eligible to get my green card through marriage, we should do our best to win that case. Then she helped me prepare, step by step to gather all of the documents needed for my case. She came to the interview and before we even started, she handed all of the evidence to the officer who greatly appreciated this and said “yes, the other attorney didn’t give anything except an expired lease.” After the interview, the officer told us that the old attorney did not submit a sealed medical exam and so she could not approve the case. Right after leaving the interview, Dawn made sure that the officer knew that USCIS could approve the case (even though I was in the immigration court system). That same day Dawn found us a civil surgeon and even went with us to the civil surgeon and waited while the exam was done. Unfortunately, the exam took a few days so we could not get the sealed envelope. When we finally got the exam about 2 weeks later, Dawn submitted it to USCIS. After a few months, there was still no decision on our case. Dawn followed up constantly with Infopass and by sending internal emails to the officer. I was really nervous since my EAD expired and I was about to lose my job. Then a few days ago Dawn texted me to let me know that my green card case was approved. I couldn’t believe it, I was so relieved. She even texted me to let me know the green card had been mailed. I got my green card yesterday. Go with Dawn, you will not be disappointed. She is worth every penny and you will not find an attorney like her.
