I had her handle three cases for me already. One was for my citizenship, another for sponsoring my mom, and the ...last one for sponsoring my stepfather in Dec last year. My stepfather's case was super complicated, requiring submitting affidavits and getting enough documentation to avoid an RFE. Dawn was able to help us successfully navigate that. I was so worried that I would not be able to sponsor my stepdad, but Dawn had made the case go smoothly without an RFE. He was approved and got his green card in July 23.
