Biography
Legacy Immigration, L.L.C. was established upon the belief that every hard-working person deserves freedom, the opportunity for prosperity and success, and an upward social mobility for his or her family.
Through my experience, I have come to believe that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) handles many individual-based applications on a "case-by-case" basis. No matter how difficult or impossible the case may seem, I firmly believe that if a USCIS officer can stand in my client's proverbial shoes, the adjudicator will be more inclined to approve the case. The secret of the firm's success stems from this belief.
I present a client's case in a unique manner (using the client's own "voice") in order to place the adjudicating officer in the client's proverbial shoes. I bolster the filing with a creative legal argument supported by sufficient legal authority. I take the approach of "humanizing" the application so it is not just another stack of papers for the adjudicator to review. This approach has resulted in several approvals for cases that seemed impossible from the start. With the client's patience, understanding, and cooperation, we are able to submit a persuasive filing where the favorable factors outweigh the negatives ones, which together result in an approval.
I am licensed to practice immigration law before the U.S. Supreme Court. I am also licensed by the New York State Bar and the District of Columbia.
