Excellent attorney for traffic case

I was in a 3 car accident where i rearended the first car. I got cited for failure to control speed which was three points plus a fine. I eventually contacted David. I told him what happened and he walked me through the process. He kept me up to date with the case details along the way. Eventual...ly, we went to court and no witnesses showed up! My citation was dismissed. Overall, David is an excellent attorney with excellent communication.

David is your guy.

I was cited for driving uninsured and had my license suspended for this. Not only was David able to walk me and my family through this difficult and sometimes confusing process, he went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable with the process as well as to be professional,reliable and a pleas...ure to work with. I will be recommending David for anyone that needs legal assistance.

Couldn't Ask For Better Results From This Gentleman

Mr. Waranch replied to my call promptly, kept me up to date about everything once I put my case in his hands, and walked away with a Not Guilty verdict I could have only hoped for. He spared me insurance premium increases, points on my license, and a blemished driving record. He was cordial , profess...ional, and a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Definitely give him a call if you need the services he offers.

100mph+ charge dropped

I read the reviews and noticed he had much better ratings then anyone else on avvo. I contacted him and he was very prompt to respond within a few hours. In general he was very responsive to answer all of my question via multiple phone calls even before I hired him. I interviewed the top 30 traffic l...awyers in Maryland and he had the most ethical and straight forward understanding on how things work - he seemed very knowledgeable about the practicality of law. I spent about 10 hours interviewing lawyers - this guy was the best. I perceive other lawyers will say what you want to hear to get you as a client but David just talks facts. I had a speeding ticket for going 100+ mph in a 55mph for 5 points ($530 fine) and negligent driving for 1 point ($140 fine). He talked over the strategy with me. The end result was the 100+ mph was dropped and I only got the negligent driving ($140 fine and 1 point) which was plan A. I will note that I did have zero points at the time with a relatively clean record for 10+ years (now I only have 1 point which is awesome, given the circumstances). 100+ mph cases aren't easy to defend but he did it...

Outstanding traffic lawyer

I live in Virginia but I had a ticket in Maryland. I hired Mr. David Waranch to defend my case. He was very careful and called me several times to get all the information, also explain everything before the court date. Eventually the case was dismissed.
