Outstanding Legal Representation

David Waranch provided outstanding representation for an alleged speeding violation. Excellent communication. Fair flat fee. Took care of everything. Appeared in court on my behalf. Obtained a not guilty verdict with no fines or court costs due. Provided a trial summary for my records. I couldn't be... happier with the quality of the legal representation provided and the outcome of my case. David is also a really nice guy. I contacted David based on his excellent reviews on Avvo. Those positive reviews turned out to be completely accurate. I definitely would retain David's services again should the need arise.

Traffci case dismissal

He is professional and I had driving ticket from different state and as a lawyer in Maryland he saved my point as well as no fees were charged. I really appreciate his effort. One more things he is very much responsive via email and phone. Do not hesitate to hire him, he listens carefully and analyze... case than go for trial. Just want to say many many thanks to him. I rate him 10 out of 10.

Traffic Violations

I was pulled over not so long ago for expired vehicle tags. The police officer that pulled me over must have been having a bad day perhaps I'm not sure but he decided to give me 6 tickets basically for the same violation ranging from a 90 dollar fine up to a 290 dollar fine all tickets totalling just... under 1300 dollars. I contacted David Waranch the next morning and he was very polite and explained to me all of my options. I decided to hire him because I myself am in the service business and I felt like he provided the service that a customer deserves! After handling a couple responsibilities like he recommended he was able to secure a court date appear for me and have all 6 tickets thrown out!!! Absolutely amazing!!! I couldn't be more happy with my decision to use Mr. Waranch, I would completely recommend him to anyone that needs his expertise!

The best ever

I consulted this humble and wonderful Attorney for traffic violation case against me. I was out of the country when the court hearing was fixed so I wasn't aware of it and a bench warrant was issued on me. I contacted David Waranch, within a week the warrant was squashed and a new date for the court ...hearing was fixed. About seven charges were brought against me and guess what????? The case was dismissed in less than 5 minutes and I was charged an unbelievable fee next to nothing against jail term or fees running into thousands, I couldn't believe it. David Waranch is a super Attorney, very intelligent, he educates his clients, very patient, good communication, always happy to assist, very humble and never extorts money from his clients, his fees are fantastic compare to many other lawyers.

Excellent service by David

David was very good at understanding at your case and give a clear thought and help you walkthrough all over the processes and help you not guilty, in my case i got a ticket for accident and i am cleared with no tickets and found not guilty, excellent job by David!!
