Speeding 79 in a 40 mph zone dismissed!

(sorry if this review posted twice..my phone is acting funny.) I was facing 5 points on my record and a 300 dollar fine, and i had Attorney Waranch represent me in court. Although the cop was not there when my case was called leading to the case being dismissed and me being found "not guilty," Mr. ...Waranch was so great during all the steps leading up to the trial with assuaging my concerns, discussing different strategies for court, and having me do certain things in preparation for the hearing so that we would be ready if the cop did show up. He is everything you'd want in a lawyer: personable, experienced (probably the most experienced traffic lawyer you'll find within all of Maryland), sympathetic, and RESPONSIVE to all my concerns. He gets back to you ridiculously fast after receiving a phone call or email from you. His character, calming personality, and extensive experience makes him a true gem in the legal arena. He is clearly not in it just for the money as his retainer fee was very reasonable. I was shocked to find a lawyer who is so damn genuine, which was plain to see by not only his words and demeanor, but also by his actions (especially by how responsive he was to my phone calls and emails--that is really something you just don't experience with most lawyers).

Very Professional Service and Competitively Priced

Mr. Waranch was very professional in his service and was able to effectively provide me the best service in getting my speeding ticket along I-95 dismissed. He is professional, patient, honest and very competitively priced... He educated me on the options available to me and we mutually devised a p...ath forward that would best protect my interests... I would recommend him to everyone who needs legal representation for traffic violations...

Friendly, competent, trustworthy attorney

We hired David Waranch for a traffic citation my son received last Fall. He was facing suspension of his license and possible jail time. Mr. Waranch gathered some details about my son such as his college GPA, driving records, and suggested an online driver improvement class. In the end the charges we...re dismissed and only one minor charge remained. Mr. Waranch made the whole process easier, provided reassurance along the way, and ensured the best possible outcome. Should we ever need a lawyer again, Mr. Waranch is my first choice.

Best of the Best

He is one of the best attorney's I have ever had. He is direct, courteous and professional. He let's you know exactly what he is going to do in representing you. He answers calls in a timely manner. This case was about being stopped for not having a "light" over license plate in rear of car and u...nlicensed driver. The outcome was a fine and court cost.

100mph+ charge dropped

I read the reviews and noticed he had much better ratings then anyone else on avvo. I contacted him and he was very prompt to respond within a few hours. In general he was very responsive to answer all of my question via multiple phone calls even before I hired him. I interviewed the top 30 traffic l...awyers in Maryland and he had the most ethical and straight forward understanding on how things work - he seemed very knowledgeable about the practicality of law. I spent about 10 hours interviewing lawyers - this guy was the best. I perceive other lawyers will say what you want to hear to get you as a client but David just talks facts. I had a speeding ticket for going 100+ mph in a 55mph for 5 points ($530 fine) and negligent driving for 1 point ($140 fine). He talked over the strategy with me. The end result was the 100+ mph was dropped and I only got the negligent driving ($140 fine and 1 point) which was plan A. I will note that I did have zero points at the time with a relatively clean record for 10+ years (now I only have 1 point which is awesome, given the circumstances). 100+ mph cases aren't easy to defend but he did it...
