Excellent service by David

David was very good at understanding at your case and give a clear thought and help you walkthrough all over the processes and help you not guilty, in my case i got a ticket for accident and i am cleared with no tickets and found not guilty, excellent job by David!!

Traffic court speeding ticket

I received a speeding ticket on I-95. David explained my options and the court trial process in clear layman's tems. I requested a trial. I had the option of attending or not. I attended and met David at the district court. David sought out the police officer and discussed my driving record with the... officer outside the court room. After the discussion, David informed me that the police officer would not be presenting evidence. I pleaded " not guilty". Judge ruled "not guilty". No court costs, no blemish on driving record. I was impressed with David's professionalism, expertise and social skills in handling my case with the police officer. I highly recommend David.

100mph+ charge dropped

I read the reviews and noticed he had much better ratings then anyone else on avvo. I contacted him and he was very prompt to respond within a few hours. In general he was very responsive to answer all of my question via multiple phone calls even before I hired him. I interviewed the top 30 traffic l...awyers in Maryland and he had the most ethical and straight forward understanding on how things work - he seemed very knowledgeable about the practicality of law. I spent about 10 hours interviewing lawyers - this guy was the best. I perceive other lawyers will say what you want to hear to get you as a client but David just talks facts. I had a speeding ticket for going 100+ mph in a 55mph for 5 points ($530 fine) and negligent driving for 1 point ($140 fine). He talked over the strategy with me. The end result was the 100+ mph was dropped and I only got the negligent driving ($140 fine and 1 point) which was plan A. I will note that I did have zero points at the time with a relatively clean record for 10+ years (now I only have 1 point which is awesome, given the circumstances). 100+ mph cases aren't easy to defend but he did it...

Excellent Lawyer

David is an excellent lawyer. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get my points removed from my driving record and always available for questions. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.

Life saver !

I found Mr.Waranch online since I was dealing with a few different legal situations. The first initial call was very pleasant and I felt like he answered all my questions and advised me on the next step. When it came to taking care of my situation he was skilled, knowledgable, focused and most impor...tantly experienced. Thanks to him my bad situation is behind me and I will recommend him to all my friends and family if they ever needed he's services. By far one of the best in the area!
